Joe founded Mach96, LLC in 2021 after a decade as a top annuity wholesaler for a large insurance brokerage. A lifelong entrepreneur, he set sail with his own vision — revitalize small business and bring fresh ideas and hard work to an industry in need.
Sam has worked in annuity brokerage his entire professional life, starting as a sophomore-year intern — known around the office as the "Cold Call Cowboy." Years of hard work later, he now supports over a hundred advisory offices. On annuities, Sam is the trusted go-to guy.
Max joined in 2023 with deep annuity experience — he got his start working for Joe during a University of Iowa summer internship, and since graduating in 2019 has worked at a carrier and run another annuity desk. Can-do attitude on the case; chasing Minnesota's outdoors off the clock.
Ryan joined in early 2025 after years supporting a top annuity producer in Iowa as New Business, Client Services, and Relationship Manager. He brings a passion for annuities and wide-ranging knowledge of carrier processes. Outside work: fitness, woodworking, hunting and fishing — and two dogs, Sati and Lola.
